Topics include how to:

Week 1 -  rid yourself once and for all of self-limiting beliefs that hold you back - a crucial step often missed in setting goals.   Harness the power of your positive underlying beliefs so you can "reset" from the confusion, and move forward.

 Week 2 - identify and understand your "why." Knowing your purpose for the visions you've created provides you with a compass to keep you on track and a north star as a reliable point of reference when too many shiny objects appear.

Weeks 3 & 4 - clearly compose your top priorities, design specific and clear goals and a plan to achieve them.

Week 5 - share and tweak your plans in a safe and supportive environment to get insight, brainstorming and a little love from your fellow colleagues. You'll find a great community of support and a sounding board that provides new ideas while helping you discover the ones that were already inside you.

Katy Fleming

Katy Fleming assists real estate investors and others in identifying and accomplishing their goals. She is Founder and  Co-Director of Investors Network Community, a real estate investing group she began in 2011 that uses a "facilitated networking" approach to build a productive community of support.  

Katy discovered her love for investing in real estate twenty years ago when she bought her first property. She is committed to investing with honesty and integrity and  believes in the importance of developing a community of support who is committed to the same.  She believes it is vital to work with the local communities to invest in ways that improves the lives of individuals who are from those communities.  Katy has experienced her share of challenges and successes and understands   firsthand, the importance of having a guiding vision, clarifying goals, establishing a plan, and establishing  a support system to get past those challenges, and experience success.

For the past  forty years, she has led large and small groups from five to over one hundred members in education, non-profits and the investment arena. She has helped individuals and businesses in   creating visions, and identifying and accomplishing goals through action plans and ongoing support systems.
